Each one-on-one coaching session will include an opportunity for you to share your story. I truly believe that by sharing your story with someone who can relate to your situation, you make the first step in releasing some of the stress while trying to conceive. This can only be beneficial to your health, happiness and fertility.
Part of the aim of Betty’s Baby is to create a community and harness the lessons women have learned through their fertility journeys. If you are comfortable with me capturing your story and the lessons learned, I offer women who are willing to share 1 free one-on-one coaching session in exchange for sharing your story. This helps me learn more about the issues women are facing with fertility, what worked for them and what didn’t. It helps me to build my knowledge in this space and then share this (anonymously or openly) with everyone else in my community.
As we speak, I am in the process of developing a private portal that will hold all the information I’ve pulled together over the years related to fertility. This “resource hub” is a combination of information related to unexplained infertility (my least favourite word in the dictionary) in books, articles, other leading experts and personal stories. The personal stories have always been the most fascinating to me as they provide a lot of insight into the notion of miracles and actually bring a lot of insight into the unexplained. By harnessing this information and collating it, I’m seeking to avoid losing information as women just like you get pregnant or move on in their journeys. I’m hoping that by captivating this somewhere and giving women currently on their journeys access to it, it will help in some way in the future.
I encourage you to check out My Story. It took me a long time to get to grips with my story and truthfully it is still evolving. However, the more I tell it, the more I embrace it and realize that I am proud of it. I also know that when my children are older, this story will be part of the story of their lives. They will also know that Miracles Do Happen Every Day.
